Um, is there any way that I can buy some of those new white bolbs on the new GS's and IS's for my RX license plate lights? those things are hoooooot.

I think that there may have already been a post for this, but I can't find it...

168 led wedge bulbs should do the trick. i've had them on mine for a while now. i'll take some pics tonight and post them up

Yeah, pretty simple, just a phillip screw drive and you can mount LED 194/168 bulb very easily.

I took out the plastic housing and painted the backside with chrome paint... to make the light reflect more (guys, you actually must do this since the LEDs do not shine like a regular bulb but rather in a straight line). Then I replaced stock bulbs with 5-bulb refractor LEDs I got from ebay. If I wake up early enough I'll try to get a shot of how mine looks.

the only downside is that the rx300 license plate lights shine down at an angle rather than straight down. kind of hard to explain. i get a lot of compliments though... i'll post up pics of my setup tommorow
