On my 2001 RX300 my rear windshield washer fluid dispenser does not work. If I push the dispenser for the front...I hear the dispenser motor running and fluid comes out as it should. If I push the dispenser for the rear...I do not hear the dispensing motor running. I know the fluid for both the rear and front comes from the same bottle...what could the problem be?

If you don't hear the motor run when you try fluid out the back, then the motor is shot. Or more accurately, the relay in the motor is shot.

The motor is not too hard to replace.
