Default brake issue

when I hit my brakes in my rx300, its clunks and clicks and I can feel it at the pedal, I dont know where it is happening, but I can feel it in the pedal. It will happen about every 3 or 4 times I moderately hit the pedal. lexus dealership said it may be a sensor, but it seems more mechanically faltered.

On a open stright road (with no one behind you) sart with a gentle foot pressure on the brake and ever so slightly increase the pressure (as if you are slowing down ever so gently).

If you fell the pedal repeatedly bouncing your foot back, then you have warped rotors. If you feel constant push back it is normal.

Grinding noise may be normal but if it is loud then have it checked as it can be worn out pads. (life of pad is 35k miles ... my guess of typical driving)

Abnormal clanking can be due to many reasons and that needs to be investigated as it is abnormal.

Finally, Lexus dealer is more qualified than any help you will get here. The dealer's mechanics are human too and can make mistakes.

I have a similar problem. mine sounds and feel like ABS kicking in. Co-worker told me that this could be caused by the bad ABS sensor.

Did anyone else have this problem?
