Default Complete list of CEL Codes

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone had a list of codes and what they stand for on the RX300 or knew where i might find them? Did a search and came up blank. I have 1999 RX300. Are all the codes the same for all Lexus? thanks for the help.

To the OBDII vehicles they should, but OBDI vehicles have different code numbers.

Most vehicles with model year 1996, though I could have sworn there were a few that started in 1995.

The scary one will be OBD3, and that is supposed to have some big brother type features.

The 1130 and 1150 codes are for the A/F sensors.
One is in the front exhaust manifold just aft of the radiator which is visible when you look between the radiator and engine. The other one is accessible from beneath the car in the aft exhaust manifold. Both sensors are fairly easy to replace if you are handy with doing some of your own maintenance. There are several write-ups on the forum on replacing both sensors.
The most reasonable place to purchase the OEM sensors is amazon.com. Denso is the OEM supplier for the sensors. The Denso part number is 234-9009 and they are in the $110.00 to $130.00 price range. A Lexus dealer will charge about $330.00 for each sensor and Toyota will charge about $250.00 for each sensor.
Driving habits seem to make a lot of difference in longevity of the sensors. My wife's 2000 RX300 has a lot of short trips and both sensors went out at about 65,000 miles. Some people here on the forum are getting in excess of 100,000 miles.

kching, this is an excellent OBD2 site but it DOES have an error on DTC P1155. http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/lexus/ This page IS Lexus specific but the site has a ton of good info and help. Just wander for a while and you'll discover all the good info that is there. I suspicion the mistake came directly from Toyota becuse I have seen the same mistake before on other sites. The B2S1 is the FRONT A/F ratio sensor (the P1155 would have been generated there) and that is located on the front cat just after the exhaust manifold (up by the radiator) and the B1S1 is in the same position just after the rear exhaust manifold (back by the firewall). There are good pictures on this forum of the location of the sensors (I believe by Lexmex). A search should easily find them.
