Bleed for air is a methodical process and may require special equipment when you have ABS & VSC. While discarding the fluid, you can be at any wheel.

I am reluctant to write the procedure how to bleed brakes. I am not willing to give folks a rope by which they can potentially hang them selves with.

My advice...

If you dont know the procedure already, get professional help. This is something you should not learn as you go. Have some one to show you.

I have done the traditional "pump the pedal, hold, and open the valve" method for my Acura and Lexus, both are ABS. Works like a charm.
Purge is sucking fluid out, bleeding is to use pressure to force fluid out.
If you have not done it, take it to a brake shop.
