Default zombie's custom magnaflow cat-back

i finally installed a cat-back exhaust on my rx300. i purchased two magnaflow mufflers on ebay for around $50 each. the 2.5" round exhaust (part#10416) replaced the stock resonator and the 2.5" oval exhaust (part# 12216) replaced the main muffler. the stock piping after the cat was replaced by one single 2.5" pipe.
installation and pipes costed $165 and completed under 45min by a shop called Mighty Muffler in houston.

uninstalled exhaust

part numbers

replaced resonator

pipe after new resonator

new muffler (not really a fan of the tip, but if they made it straight then it would ruin the bumper)

rear

Very nice

Yeah, the gains show up in about a week. Last time I played around with the pipes got upset and the a week later, started to feel the kick in the pants (even after I reset everything the week earlier).

thanks lexmex!
i still havent reseted the system. ima do that tomorrow morning by unplugging both the pos. and neg.

the downside of installing the exhaust is my heavy foot. the full tank of gas i had 3 days ago is almost empty. had the same problem when i first installed the intake.

Yeah, it can get addictive. I still want to see what happens when I get rid of my current resonator and go for the y-split of the main cat with two small Flowmaster resonators on each side where the current resonator is. I have been looking at some 2x in/out mufflers similar to my Arvin but larger to keep the sound just a litte further down.
