ticking/shuffling noise behind right dash

ticking/shuffling noise behind right dash
I have a noise that sounds like its coming from behind the passenger glove box area.. You can only hear it when the windows are up and radio off. I have heard that you can change the Air Mix Servo????? Has anyone heard of that and where can i purchase one?? Thanks for the help again!!!
