Do you guys notice anything missing on this picture?
Yes, the fan speed decal is missing. The funniest part is that I found this picture on ebay and it's not my car, but my car is missing the same exact thing. I went to the dealer to see if I could buy it, and they told me that they come with the unit and that I would have to buy the entire unit. Does anyone know where I could find this decal?

hmmm, i wanted to do that, but i wasn't sure they would just let me rip that off of an HVAC unit that they could probably sell.

Now I see that more people are missing it, I wonder why? Time for a recall j/k

hmmm, If I call them, would I need some sort of proof from everyone? The parts kid at my local dealership is a total ahole and I hate dealing with him. I'll probably try another dealership. Are there any other places, perhaps after market, that you guys think might carry this? I'm sure somebody out there sells the entire set of decals. I tried e-bay, but i'm not even sure what's the name of that piece or if it even has a part number. I'm tempted to print it myself

In the manual, they don't show individual part numbers for these decals, rather it is part of that entire unit, but I wouldn't discount the fact that sometimes Lexus does have numbers attached to each of these little pieces.

Just a thought. Taker a look at other Toyota products. Maybe some other model has the same part and might have replacements available.
