It cannot be P0125 just by itself. What are the pending codes?
The only thing I can suggest is to clear them again.

Are you noticing any erratic RPM changes, either in idle or while driving?

Where is your temperature gauge on the dash after warming up and what is your idle rpm?

The P0125 is not a fatal error. What it can mean here, even with your sensors replaced, is that it detects certain error conditions, even for just a moment, but still the CEL stays lit. I would reset it again and try one more test.

In the list of trouble areas for this P0125 code, the manual lists the following FYI:

fuel system
injection
ignition system
gas leakage on exhaust system
open or short in heated oxygen sensor circuit
heated oxygen sensor

As far as detecting conditions:

after the engine is warmed up, A/F sensor output (the output value changes inside of the ECM only) does not change when conditions a, b and c continue for at leate a minute-and-a-half:

a- engine speed: 1500 RPM or more
b- vehicle speed: 25-62 mph
c- throttle valve does not fully close
