The following link lists all recalls for most vehicles. It is very useful when trying to get a problem fixed. After complaining of a suspension rattle for 3 years with no satisfactory solution I provided the TSB number from the list and viola it was fixed. Lexus apparently does not have access to such a list and must hunt and peck for this info. The sercice department even called and asked where I had gotten the TSB number. I turned them on to Alldata. This list is also helpful in determining that you may have a problem in the first place. After reading the list I bet most people will say "oh yea" mine does that to. It is a good way to get as many things fixed under warranty as possible.

In reading this list what does it tell me? Are you saying that these are the things that have gone wrong with the car?

Your dealer's service folks are idiots. I'll personally tell them if you want.

Every Lexus dealership is suppose to have a T-1 data line back to Lexus USA. At the computer terminals they can pull up the service history on any vehicle and any recalls or notices (who the heck do you think issues the TSBs? The manufacturer.)

You need a different dealer.
