I seriously doubt Lexus corporation cares whether you frequent their dealerships service departments. The market can and does determine how much ANYTHING costs. If you want Lexus corporation or anyone else to dictate your maintenance, you'll wind up needing a new car as soon as the warranty has run out. Lexus sells new cars. Dealerships will compete where they have to, but in too many U.S. cities, they don't have to.
