Well people it appears that Mitsu*****y raped Lexus with their upcoming Airtrek! This is what I was expecting the GX to look like!

 

Don't take this personally, but I'm sorta glad it doesn't look like the Mitsu. It really looks like a raised up station wagon. But the styling is definitely a copy of the Lexus GS series.

At the same time, I wonder where the Lexus stylists' heads were when they decided the pen the GX to look awfully similar to the GMC Envoy.

 

................as they say "beauty is in the eye of........ etc. etc." IMHO, I too think the GX 470 has killer styling.....clean, sleek, modern and contemporary, rather than "wild" in keeping with it's sophisticated image..........at least it's not a huge styling blunder like the new 2002 ES 300. In fact I feel ashamed that this horrendous looking ES 300 is even part of the Lexus lineup. In fact, at this time it is the ONLY Lexus vehicle that screams a certain Korean manufacturer or maybe a Buick from some other angles.
