Default My car won't stay on....

I tried to move my RX out of the garage today and the car wont stay on. I turn the key and the engine turns but once I let go of the key it dies. The only way the car will stay on is if I turn the key and press the gas pedal and keep the pedal constant, other wise the car dies again. I've reset ECU via unplug the batter, still no good.

there is no CEL on either

what gives??????

Search, for IACV or something like idle control or TPS (throttle position sensor). In the mean time you can try turning on the AC as it boosts up the idle a bit.

This sounds like the IACV problem I had before. Cleaning it is easy, do a search you should find a DIY or something that I followed myself.

Its the IACV. Pay the dealer to "replace it" or DIY and it will cost you literately 10 bucks if not less. Just do a search for it.
