Hey guys. I dont know if this has been answered yet on this forum. But what is the max size rims you can put on an RX300 without modding anything else?
I need a size width wise and height wise. Thanks all.

Im not sure on how big u want too go but i found that my 18" by 8.5 American Racing Rims http://www.americanracing.com/browse_dale_killer.asp i have the black ones. They fit well although i put TTE lowering springs that dropped my ride 1.5" front and rear. Those rims are wrapped with Toyo 245/45/18 tires. http://www.toyo.com/docs/tires/tires...category=sport They ride perfectly and a friend of mine has 20"s on his car and says he wishes he would have gone with my size becuase he has alot of vibration.

cause im thinking of getting 19" x 9.5" rims http://petrolwheels.com/wheel_styles...eel-metrix.php
and lowering my car after that. so i dont want to mod anything besides those and wonder if there will be any problems in the future.

You might want to be careful about the offsets. The rear struts are extremely close to the tire and members who have switched to an aftermarket wheel/tire combo have either had to switch to wheel spacers to clear the strut or had light rubbing. TunedRX300 has some SSR Competition wheels with H&R Trak spacers, he can chime in on this.

Tim is right, you need to check both offset and tire width.
I have SSR 18x7, 235/60/18 tires, and +42 with 25mm wheel adaptors, w/o wheel adaptors tires would rub on both front and back.

The stock RX300 setup has ~12mm between the tire and the rear strut, anything > +35 (stock rim offset) or bigger tire will eat into that margin.
