I have a 2001 RX300. The passenger seat is rarely used. Is it possible to switch the front seat cushions? The drivers side is showing its age.

I think a part search always requires a VIN. I always have to give it to my dealers in case of a mid-year production change. A part which fits some models in a given year (or can interchange with another) may not work in a later-built model of the same year.

The part numbers are the same for the seat cushions so i dont see why not.

Would that apply to the left and right seatback cushions or just the bottom cushions, RX300Mat?

That one you don't need to look up. The arm rests and air bags will make it impossible.
