I've been told all you have to do is bring a blank key along with your master key and proof of ownership on vehicle and they should cut it for you. Bring you registration card it has the VIN# on it along with your drivers license.
Edit: Also I did a search and some are getting them cut by their local locksmith for $20-30... I thought it needed to be laser cut and only the dealer can do it?

Package Arrived!!
Well as promised I will post some pictures of the new key setup. I think this key setup looks and feels sturdy for the everyday field. Its constructed very well and it all fits very well. I will recommend it to anyone out there. I just got to get it cut then it will be 100% functional, will call the dealer tom or monday to get it cut. Will let you guys know if they do it. And how much it is.
-In this picture you will see it taken apart and you will notice the stickers to cover the screw holes. The (L) logo is made out copper and both have a self adhesive back to them.

Very interested in finding out what the dealership would say ...
Just be prepared that they may not be able to cut your key as the key stock shape is different.
Wish you luck.

Key update, well as mentioned by Salimshah the dealer would not cut it for me. They told me that they don't do key cutting there because they don't have a machine. The hell with them. I was so angry they lied to me. You know they have a machine there. I went to their food section and ate all their food and had 2 cups of coffee and one pocket full of mints and left. Then I went to my local locksmith and they cut it for me. They charged me $20 bucks and it fits and works like the original.
