what did i get into???
hey, I just bought a 2000 rx300 with 28,000 miles on it. I researched alot of SUV's a really like this one. I didn't find out about the tranny issues many RX owners are having until now. I already ordered a bottle of TRANSMATIC to put in after my tranny flush. Does anyone have experince with this stuff? Do you dump it in when tranny oil is full? Won't it be too full? My car runs great now but I want it to stay at least past 100,000 miles. Let me know your experinces and thoughts on how to keep my tranny from taking a dump.THANKS

I have 118k mi on mine no issue ( knock on wood ). I just have it flushed thru toyota every 15k mi with they're tranny oil. I think it's good enough. It's cheaper to go to toyota dealer than lexus.
Then I use redline synthetic for the differentials and transfer case.

Welcome to the Club.
Are you sure you need this stuff? Is your tranny feeling strange in anyway?
Better thing would be to switch over to Amsoil ATF as a few of the members in this forum have done so with excellent results. If Amsoil had the decency to sell the stuff down here, then I'd be using it, too.
