We've discussed the issue you mention many times on this forum. OEM tranny fluid is not synthetic, it is an ExxonMobil fluid. Amsoil would be your better bet as it is synthetic and I as I recall we have had not a single issue with someone using it in our RX300s, if nothing else, positive performance. Take a look at Amsoil's site, www.amsoil.com
You can get it different sizes, but at the Carquest I went to they only had quarts.

and how many consume in drain then dropping pan and refill, is there a certain weight i need to buy? i am thinking of using amsoil but will use oem tranny oil as i already bought it... but next 15,000 i think i will start using it...
