I would change the filter now. I generally do it every other set of drain and fills (3 drain and fills over 3 week, i.e., 1 each week). The O-ring is fine as is, but the gasket and filter should be changed at 15k max. I generally recommend doing a set of drain and fills once a year.
Incidentally, plan to do this myself on Saturday.

So a drain and refill every year at least. So i drive about 15k a year which would mean a drain, refill, filter, gasket change every year. right? and that would be 4.1 quarts? The parts guy at toyota told me that
