Can only 1 tire be replaced for a road hazard failure?

Goodyear, Bridgestone and Yoko all have rebate going with Tirerack periodically.
Here is a $50 rebate from Goodyear currently ongoing now, include $40 MIR SilentArmor and ResponsEdge with Kevlar

$100 if you want to go with Bridgestone

Every distributor and tire maker is giving folks lots of choice and price break, which is great. Personally I buy all four of my tires off Ebay since new tire will become used after one week because the rubber is designed to meet the road. Low switching cost if I gets tired with one set in two years

You do make an excellent point about buying used tires off ebay. I am sure that is real cost effective, especially if you like to change tires before the end of their useful life or just want to update the rubber wothout going all the way to new.
