Default Rx300 Cooler Tempuratures At 18psi?

there are several folks selling a trd radiator cap 1.3 heres link, they said that just buying this will kool your cooling system alot better at 18psi? what you folks think for the price i'd like to get advise from an enthusiast if you believe its true it will benifit if you buy this then i might consider buying one, i was first going for the looks of it but at the price id rather buy it if you do benifit cooler tempuratures like they say and it looks nice but if for just show i will pass thanks:

Among the options to increase cooling, I would part money for the water-wetter. Just my view.

Concur with colleague Salim. Not bad for the price, and it can give you piece of mind, but the real gains from the radiator cap come with also using the TRD T-stat (which is a remote pain to install) and of course using a bottle of WaterWetter. Royal Purple's Purple Ice is also an excellent additive.
