Recently I observed that once I go above 75mph (120kmh) on my RX 300 there is serious vibration. The vibration affects the whole front as it can be felt on the dashboard, steering and front seats. My shafts are ok (no noise at all angles), I balanced my whels but vibration did not stop.
I have new tyres, new shocks and nothig seems wrong with my entire front suspension. I took it to a shop for a test drive and a technician suggests the inner cup of the front drive shafts could be responsible meaning I need to change out the shafts. I have driven the car for about 9months even at higher speeds before the problem started.
Does anyone have a clue what could be the cause of this vibration.

Welcome to the Club.
I'd lift myself the entire front end of the vehicle and check some of the mounts, particularly those here.
The shafts have other issues that you would here at other mph ranges if they were that bad.
However, see if these areas have any play.

I have a few suggestions:
1) try having the tires balanced with a machine like the Hunter 9700 which places weight on the tires during the balancing. The Lexus dealer may have one, my did. They found set of tires I had installed by a tire shop had the heavy part of the tire and the heavy part of the rim on the same spot and it caused vibration like you are experiencing. This was only part of the issue for my rx. It didn't truly go away until #2 was done.
2) I had my rotors replaced and it fixed the high speed vibration on my rx. The first fix helped but did not total cure it, it was tolerable for short trips but long trips were annoying due to the vibration.
3) Check for a bent rim, I had a car with this issue. The rim was bent from a flat tire and didn't cause any issues until the tire was rotated to the front.
4) Have your alignment checked.
