If you have done an used oil analysis on the 1mz-fe engine, you will find out that 15k between oil changes is not a sound advise.

15,000 mile oil changes scares me also, i thought 5,000 was long enough as i was only changing every 3,000 miles , ever since i stepped up to lexus luxury i did 5,000 but made sure it was with sythetic...
