No heat drivers side only
My 1999 RX doesn't deliver heat to the drivers side foot area vent. I have blocked the passenger side vents and still minimal heat after 15 minutes. Has anyone experienced this and I suspect a faulty AIR BOX control flap. I have verified the vent door actuators and still minimal heat. My guess is that I have a malfunctioning AIR BOX which is a big job to remove from the vehicle.

Do a search on servos. Typically they cycle and make a clicking noise which over time gets more intense. I would start there before trying to get behind the dash.
