There's such a thing as being too cheap. Your stock rims are a little more than the price of these - used on eBay. I would be very concerned about quality, despite the sellers' decent feedback.
The failure mode for a wheel is always very serious, usually resulting in a considerable amount of damage to the car, passengers, and even nearby objects. Be sure any rim you put on your car meets DOT requirements - otherwise your insurance may be void.
That's a lot of IF's. There are plenty of expensive rims out there - and some of these have been known to fail too. Do your homework before you buy; see if you can find other buyers in your area and get a look at the product before purchase.
