Default Anyone have 21 x 8.5's on their RX3?

I currently have a 2001 IS300 and am thinking about trading it for the RX and was curious if anyone knew for a fact if you could fit 21's on the RX. Anyone got some pics of an RX with 21 inch Lowenharts. Thanks.

IMO 21's are too big for the RX. The RX isn't very compatible with wheels wider than 7.5in. There is little clearence for the struts, especially in the rear.

Here's a link of RX300 with 21" Dronells...

I personally think it looks awesome, but then again, you'll lose all the comfort, flexibility, and SUV convenience. So if you're into "just looks", go for it, it's fantastic...

okay, okay, that does look pretty dahm good. I just need more tire than that. The color looks awesome, and the exhaust!!. I'd take those wheels in 18.

Now that RX is nice... He didn't go crazy with it... Sporty yet classy, not like that orange looking one in the RX gallery.. I wonder how much problems he has when he drives?? It looks nice but it is proboly a beast when rolling....

I dunno.......those look a little too big for the car.......makes it look sorta Tonka-like....

You'll also have to use spacers out the wazoo to clear the rear struts, so THEN you'll likely have fender clearance problems.

I like the look of the 21's but it will not be practical.

I'm with you guys a set of nice "18's" or "19's" with a set of healthy and meaty Pirelli Scorpion Zeros will do me fine. I want a keep a fairly decent sidewall (at least a 50)

I just noticed the specs on Frantos RX. How did he manage to put 55 series ties on a "21" inch rim? The sidewall on the pictures look like they are 45 series at the most.
