Keep in mind that spacers will put more stress on your wheel bearings and will wear them out faster. Also, make sure any spacers you get are hub-centric.

Spacers will add some stability to the vehicle, but it's not going to be huge.

Good point... I've been wondering about the additional
stress as well. Will larger/wider/heavier wheels(18" or 19")
do the same to the wheel bearings?

Diameter doesn't matter, but wider adds some additional stress (not too much though). Running a bigger offset to fit wider wheels does add more stress.

Default bearings

Factory wheel "offset" design is generally such that the wheel bearings are "centered" to the center of the wheel itsself, moving the center of the wheel outward puts different, worse, stress points on the bearings.

Todays wheel bearings seem to last well beyond 100k miles so I suspect you won't see any affect unless you go beyond reason, wheels/tires extend beyond fender lip.

Simple math indicates 3" wider stance than OEM 60" would add 5% more lateral stability.

Default 25mm spacers

I got my H&R 25's at Off Road Warehouse for $110. I think RMM sells them higher, but they are the same H&R spacers. And yes, it will make a diference in looks and driving performance.
