Hi i want to upgrade for my 2000 RX 300 to Secret Weapon air intake system. Does it save gas and how much approximately. Is it gone be legeal for driving in New York City or it will have any problems for NYS DMV emission test inspection each year ? Your comments highly appreciated. Thanks.

No, and if you don't shield it properly you will be sucking in hot air and produce LESS HP. Even if you do, I would guess there is less than 5 HP in the intake. You also risk oiling your MAF sensor. What kind of gains do they claim?

 

I have discovered one thing re;oil on the air meter,if you only re-oil the outside of the filter you don`t have any problems.
