Watch that transmission! Its an issue all to common on the 99 RX and Lexus doesnt recognize it. Otherwise its a great car. Not the best gas mileage but decent.

I like everything about this RX. In fact, I think is the best used car I've purchased.

This is in such a great shape that is hard to tell it is a 99 unless you look at the door sticker lol

I got very lucky. Thanks for the coments

Talking $9K beauty

Looks very nice and clean from the photos. I like the "extended wood" interior trim too, although they are always slightly off in color. First mod I would do, change the tail-lights to LEDs. I changed mine over a year ago and it freshens the whole car up so much.

So for the tail lights need to be modd a little as well? What does it need to be done? Do you have to drill any?

I thought it was a bolt on mod.

The spoiler is ok I am sure at least two more holes need to be drilled.

Do the existing ones need to be filled on the spoiler?

I think I'm going to try painting the inside of the tail lights first. I want to see how they turn out before buying the smoke tails.

I found an old thread for my late acura tl where the whole process is explained. You know what can I lose? A couple of hours of work at the most. I like working in my cars anyway.

I will post pics and instructions in another thread started by another member.

I installed the tail lights with the finger nail trimer, that's it very easy.

For the spoiler:
I put some 3M tap to cover the existing holes.
