Default A/C Codes - What parts do I need?

My A/C fan stopped working, along with my heater, vent, and window defroster. I checked the codes on the ECU, and never heard a sound on any of the codes, but got codes 21, 33, & 43. When my fan is hard wired with power (a friend checked this when he checked my fuses), the fan will work and the A/C will blow as normal.

Can someone please let me know what parts I need to replace, and how simple or hard this repair should be?

Thanks sooo much!

Before you go to far down the troubleshooting road, try pulling the negative battery cable for a few minutes. Being that the RX uses so much electronics, sometimes just resetting them gets things working.

Welcome to the Club.

I can't help you much on tell you which parts, because there are some testing methods you would need to go through to pinpoint exactly which areas to check. In the 2 volume service manual, volume 1 has a section toward the end of the book about this. I highly recommend getting this if you plan to do further DIY work on your vehicle.

However, I will go over the codes for you here.
