magic mender has amazing products, i've used them to repair some minor cracks in the rx300 leather. Their stuff is a DIRECT, EXACT, PERFECT, and i mean PERFECT color match. It's ivory 375 i believe for the 99-03 rx300 tan.
They have "patches" and fillers for cracks- if you're a do-it-yourself-er, i'd give it a try. The color match is perfect, i swear.
google "magic mender" and you'll find it.

Just bumping an old thread.
For those of you who have used Magic Mender, which kit did you buy? There are various kits at various price points, and I'm trying to figure out which one I need for a surface cut/scratch. Thanks.

Used SEM Products Color Coat for excellent result
I have the tan interior with cracks and a hole on the driver's seat bolster. I studied the application procedure on their website: http://semproducts.com/cms/Training+...To%27s/94.html
I used Color Coat even though its recommended for Vinyl because other users were very pleased with the result. The color I used was "light neutral" and matched perfectly. The bolster where the cracks were looks like new! The hole is bumpy but covered. I plan on sanding the bumpy area and reapplying. I masked at the seams and its hard to see any difference .
I put this off for months because I wasn't sure. Anxious to combetween old and newplete the job. It looks like new. Also did the crack on the driver's window seal. The color is "Monterey". That didn't work as well. I'll try that again.
Then I'll tackle the steering wheel.

Instructor
This was 2 years ago. It required that they remove the seat from the car, remove the leather from the foam, and stitch in new panels on the left bolster of the seat bottom and the left panel of the seat back. I think I paid $300, maybe more, not sure. Very happy with the result.
