Default Radio problem - whats on RAD1 circuit

Hello, I am new to this forum and was hoping someone here could help me.
I have a 2000 RX300 that blows the fuse marked RAD1 , it has a yellow 20 amp fuse.
I dont have an owners manual either , so what I am looking for is -- can someone tell me what is on this circuit ?
I thought maybe an owners manual or a repair manual would have this info.
I am guessing the rear antenna is on this circuit as it is not going up , also something to do with the sound from the radio , as I have none, maybe a dome light ?
Need to know everything that is on the circuit to trace down my problem and would appreciate any help ? ?
Thanks

Radio fuse #1 (RAD1) powers the stereo amplifier and the power antenna. Radio Fuse #2 (7.5 amp) powers the radio and player unit (as well as also going to the power antenna and stereo amplifier). There is also a 15 amp ECU-IG fuse that also leads to the power antenna.

So, according to my documentation, RAD1 goes to B+ on stereo amplifier and B+ on power antenna. RAD2 goes to ACC on stereo amplifier, ACC on stereo amplifier, and ACC on power antenna. ECU-IG goes to IG on power antenna.
