The pump is just held in place by the form fitting on the back of the reservoir. Anyway, it's pretty easy. Take wheel cowling off, disconnect lines, pull pump straight out and replace.

Drain reservoir first. I siphoned mine using the lines off the pump if I recall.
Corolla,did you have to remove the whole inner fender well plastic to access? I went to Car Quest to replace my washer pump,and all they had was the universal type that was supposed to fit.I was not about to go that route.

No I only removed the front part. In fact the photo in the thread shows I was able to just take out a couple of screws and pull back the cowling. It's just a few screws.

Yeah, I'd skip the CarQuest part. You may have to deal with voltage differences, adapters, etc. Just go get the Toyota part.

The pump part number is: 85330-20470
