Does this look like sludge?

Actually Lexmex introduced me Auto-RX and I found it useful. Champion Labs's filter such as K&N is better than FRAM. If one is concerned about cost, use FRAM 3600.
Last oil change, I Mobile 1 5w-30 EP to German Castrol 0w-30, GC startup viscosity is lower (oil flows better) and I could tell the engine is producing more power when I noticed the AC/alternative belt noise is less.

Well it's confirmed by the dealership, it is oil gel. Just waiting to see what will be done about it. I will keep the forum posted. Thanks for all of the opinions.

Just popped the valve cover, looked like Lexmex's (clean) with the exception of some minor buildup in the corner near the timing belt. Also the inside of the valve cover had a lot of build up.
Dealer wanted $70 to do this, unless they found sludge and it would then be free. I did it for $18, the cost of a gasket from Toyota and 30 min of time.
Might try some Auto RX next oil change but for 104K it looked pretty good!
