engine codes: P0171, P0300, P0136 and P1153

Hey everyone,
Anyone have experience with codes like this? I know how to look them up but was wondering if someone could point out what to replace without going to the dealer. I'm nervous about just replacing the A/F sensor in Bank 2 because they are very expensive.
Any help would be appreciated.

yea they are kina pricey, depending on what manufacturer you want to get could also vary on the price greatly, i went with the bosch a/f sensors from advanceautoparts, they were $170 each and they even had the clip on it just like OEM, ive replaced both int he front, did them at the same time, saw a huge improvement in my cars performance as well as gas mileage, as much as i drive, theyve prolly already paid for themselves. I think it was Lexmex that was sayin he prefers to use OEM so you may want to talk to him about the pros and cons prior to your purchase

I cleared the codes and will wait to see what comes back. I used a OBD2 tool this time instead of just pulling the fuse but this is the 2nd time they have come back.
Am I correct to think that the A/F sensor needs to be replaced? Bank 2 sensor 1?

There was one P0171.
The rest of the codes were pending:
P0300
another P0171
P0136
P1153
Thanks for the help. I cleared the codes and will post back when they trigger again. Is this the best method? Or should I just scan the car periodically for new codes and never delete them.
Anyone think the car is NOT ok to drive like this?

You might have had just some temporary issue with the air/fuel mixture (could have been some hot air and/or brief period of bad gas). But we'll see what pops up.

Thanks, I will update in a few days or when a new code comes up.
It was much easier when the car threw a code for Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater failure. Not much to guess about there. Changing that sensor was a real pain compared to Bank 2. At least that is something to smile about?

Codes came back the same as before after cold start with a slight shudder. At the same time there sounded like some pinging going up hill. After 30 seconds the car ran normal again.
codes were: P0171
pending: P0171, P0136, P1153
codes were: P0171

Those two pending codes I have seen, particularly the P1153 on occasion here in Miami, but I know my A/F sensors are truly A-OK and it's nothing more than my modified intake. However, the P0171 can go off either due to dirty MAF, dirty injectors or just climate-related issues. One other possibility is any kind of leak of air by the A/F sensors themselves. Now that won't necessarily happen on the rear manifold, but if you notice in this picture below from my RX300, I had to have the front manifold welded a bit to seal a small crack (very easy to notice by sticking my hand a few inches away from the manifold and feeling the hot air).

I have just recently replaced the MAF sensor.
At this point I'm out of options. I have been running some 93 octane lately but the problem still comes back.
Do you think I should replace the Bank 2 A/F sensor?

About the only other thing I can think of is to have a mechanic with a more advanced OBD2 scanner verify the readings on both A/F sensor banks.

I think I'm going to roll the dice and buy a new A/F sensor. I already replaced the one on bank 1 when the heater failed. This one is still original with 120k miles on it.
What I did was get the obd2 scanner from Autozone from their tool loaner program. You pay $150 as a deposit and get a full refund within 90 days.
