Will 2001-2003 tail lights fit the 2000 model?

I believe that they will, although there is an additional part to the wiring harness that is required when retrofitting the 2001-2003 lights to a 1999-2000 vehicle.

Well, the guy's in California and probably was thinking you meant Toyota Highlander instead of Harrier (which isn't available in the US). I see no reason why it shouldn't fit as they are the same body.

those tail lights will fit any 98-03 Rx300/Harrier just as long as you get the wires wired correctly. The holes for the screws etc are exactly the same.
