VSC/Engine light & codes P1135 & P1150
RX 300 w/95k miles. VSC and Check Engine light came on. Computer codes indicted 1135 - air/fuel malfunction located in bank one sensor one. Researched this site and replaced using P/N 89467-48011 (B1S1 air fuel sensor). VSC and Check Engine light went off - for one day. Lights back on today. Codes cleared and now Computer reads code 1150 which indicates a circuit range/performance malfunction in bank 2 sensor 1. Before I run out and buy yet another part what are the chances that cleaning the MAF sensor will correct problem? Air filter is clean. Any chances it's wiring? Any other ideas.

AutoZone sells a special aerosol can of MAF cleaner that works great. Just spray and let dry. I've also noticed after cleaning my K&N air filter and lightly oiling, it will kick off the MAF sensor (same P codes) requiring cleaning.

This might be related to something that I have talked about before, where when changing one A/F sensor to a new one, the other sensor goes off. That's one reason when my sensors finally go bye-bye, I will be changing both of them.
For sure, it is easy to clean the MAF sensor just as an outside possibility, but 90% of the time the culprit winds up being the A/F sensor itself with these codes. Fortunately, this A/F sensor is easy to get to by the radiator.
