hi folks, been gone awhile, just replaced the struts and mounts on rear, wasn't too bad. but I am looking at my next project.
I have a air leak or baffle or gasket blowing by in the front of the motor area on acceleration. you don't hear it that much until you accelerate or decelerate quickly. any thoughts on what it is? thanks jon

If it's exhaust, it's probably this.
I have had a situation when I was in Mexico on one type of exhaust modification where it sounded like a BOV hiss that was due to an exhaust leak. Too bad the vehicle ran sucky in the 1/4 mile with it sounded great.

Take a look at my cracked front exhaust manifold...
Nearly identical to Lexmex's.
