Welcome to ClubLexus!
Regarding the Check-Engine-Light (CEL) indication. I think it would help if you were to find out and provide the specific CEL codes.
You should be able to telephone the Lexus toll-free telephone number and request an owner's manual, which will have the recommended maintenance intervals.
Changing the timing belt seems to have been done way too early. The normal mileage for this is 90,000 mi., although they may have gone by "90,000 miles or 6 years". The major disagreement between the consensus of this forum and the owner's manual is the transmission fluid drain-and-refill interval. The owner's manual says it doesn't need changing until it turns color. I think the forum consensus is a drain and refill every 15-30,000 miles.
As to other maintenance, just the normal things come to mind, like changing wiper blades, brake fluid, engine air filter and A/C air filter, etc.
