I'm planning to use this device to extract the coolant and re-fill with fresh
new coolant...
Thanks!

TL- you didn't say what year this was on and I can only say that the 99RX with which I am familiar- it's not gonna go far because the radiator tubes are only down about 1 1/2-2in. down. I have never seen a device like that before and can only say you're going to have to chose another way in if you're going to empty it with that device. Why not use the drain plugs and a drain pan?

^^ Exactly. Radiator is NOT a reservoir. The top and the bottom are like a cup but the most of the height is thin tubes which run up and down with fins to radiate heat.
Lexmex posted pictures of the engine block drain plugs. If you have been using the recommended coolant, I dont expect any buildup that would require aggressive flush. Simple drain out should be good.
