Default Mobil 1 0W-30 advanced fuel economy

My second post today, anyway, my last oil change I thought I would try that new Mobil 1 0W-30.So far I am very impressed with this oil.It has been very cold here in eastern PA,and rite from the start when I poured the oil in (bottles were in my detached garage) I noticed how nicely it poured. I also noticed (from the old butt dyno) that it seems more responsive. Where I work, their are two steep hills I have to go up,(in a little valley) I always let the RX run for at least 3 or 4 minutes before I take off. Now,when I approach these hills,it goes rite up with a whole lot less effort,(and less peeved people behind me) where as before on the PP 5W-30 it just didnt pull as well on the cold motor. Also in these cold mornings, when I leave for work,it doesnt seem as stiff(I said stiff,AAHHAHAHHHHaaaa) as before. This just might be my new oil of choice for the RX,I`ll keep you all posted.

Nice! I noticed much of the same during the switch to GC 0W-30. I also noted a 1-1.5 MPG improvement.

Well blue,GC is still very high on my list.Except my RX uses a little oil on the GC.I even use the German Castrol in my lawn tractor, power washer, and push mower with excellent results.

Yep German Castrol European formula made in Germany.Group IV of V synthetic. I forget which one it is. Very good oil indeed. It doesnt seem to break down easily,as I mentioned, I even use it in my air cooled engines.
