Default Engin running rough at 110K

Hi everyone,

I have a 1999 RX300 and has over 110K miles without major maintenance, just the basic oil change (every 3k miles), air filter, cabinet filter and transmission oil. This car ran so well the past 8 years without any break down. Lately, the engin is started to run pretty rough and lost power at acceleration. At idling, it sounds like the engin is mis firing (poping noise). The engineer light has not come on. I am thinking to replace the plugs and coils. Besides plugs and coils, what else do you guys recommend for maintenance after 110K miles to improve engin performance and mileage.

Have the codes read .. to see if you have pending codes.

Timing belt.

cleaning maf sensor.

Clean IACV cleanup.

fuel additive to clean injectors.

air filter.

Plugs would be nice (they may still look good)

Coils ... there should not be a need unless diagnosed bad.

Dont forget the trans drian and fill.
