Default Upgrading to 18"

Question, can I use this size of tires on my RX? 275x35x18. Tires coming off of a GS and I want to make sure my ride is still good.

Doubt it but someone who's tried this may be able to comment more. The widest tire that TireRack.com recommends is 245 and their 18" recommendation is a 235/55R18. A 275 tire is almost 2 inches wider and a 35 series tire has a lot lower profile than a 55. Even if the 275s don't foul the suspension or the fender, the speedometer will be way off as the rolling radius is almost 1/2" smaller than stock
