Michelin Cross Terrain
Hey, i know that our tires are
225/70R16
and i remember reading somewhere on the forums that if i upgrade to the Michelin Cross Terrains, i can get
235/70R16's instead and it will be a slight better since its a bit wider...
If i do go with the 235 is it possible?? and is that the correct size... will there be problems??
cool thanks cuz today my dad got a nail in the rear right wheel but it didn't do any damage... so he looked at tires and they had the Michelin Cross terrain at Costco for 131.99
on TireRack.com the CT at 235/70R16 is only $94 per wheel... but the 225/70R16 at tirerack is $124 or something...
thanks Mike

I remember the same posts. 235/70R16 is largest wheel and tire combo that can be run w/o spacers, due to clearance difficulties with the rear struts.
And you're right on the price from TireRack, too. I just checked and it's the ONLY size for less than $100!! Remember to replace the spare, too.
