does everyones truck rev at about 3000rpms when CRUISING at 80mph? is this bc of the 4 spd tranny or also the gear ratios. there are plenty of other v6's out there with 4 speeds that dont do this. we need a 5 speed!

ya 5 speed would be sweet... hopefully they put that in the 2004 model...

would also be cool if we get that manualmatic like they have in japan... i think its dumb but its cool in a way LOL o well

Hey, even an eight speed transmission would still have the same final drive ratio absent a change out of the diff'l gearing.
