low speed shimmy

Purchasing an 01 RX with 78k miles but it has a low speed shimmy in steering wheel up to about 35mph. No shimmy on highway. Any help would be appreciated! (I did search but no answer on this)

Just a thought: try rotating tires from front to rear. It may possibly be an internal tread separation or other imbalance in one of the tires.
