Turns out it was the IAC Valve. Cleaned it and cars runs like new. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the feedback of the resolution.
Normally, when you feel sticky on the gas pedal, you can start spraying carb cleaner in the throttle body valve; and I did the same for the iac valve when it starts acting up, and it works every time, but it will come back. Make sure to use a rag to block the crud trying to drain down the hole near by because the iac valve is mounted right below it. My iac valve acted up bad and dealer finally replaced it.
