yeah I know right?? The only thing that comes to my mind is thats 8700 miles on the oil (never changed)

When going over the sludge problem on a Toyota site about 2 years ago, I think I came across this on one of the forums because I remember the miles- 8700. If it is the same vehicle, I believe it was a Gramma type. I know I was one of those WTH moments. In that post, it was 8700 since new. Maybe it was a little old lady and it NEVER got warmed up, adding to the fact that it was never changed. If they took care of it under warrantee it must have been early in the sludge game, because normally with 8700 and never changed, even T/L would tell you to take a hike, and I think rightfully so. Gramma type driving would definitely qualify as SEVERE, and NOT because she's running the "500" with it.

I want my engine to look like this....I wonder what that solution is that his left the head in for 12 hours?

Probably just parts cleaner,or some kind of mild acid.But if my heads were off like that,i`d be to tempted to port & polish them....
