01 RX300 Door Removal

Hey guys can you help me. My sisters 01 RX300 Rear left door powerlock dosent work. and me and my dad can not figure how to get the door off. can you please help us.

the part is outragously expensive. Many have used an aftermarket lock solenoid and fixed it cheaper. read this posting for ideas on fixing it cheaper:
