Please Help (dragon Intake)
I received Dragon Intake before couple of day's, I tried to mount it, but I have problem with mounting air-flow sensor, because it doesn't fit, I mean you can't even put it inside Intake pipe because of some piece of metal inside which directs the air flow, i received the Instalation Instructions for Lexus IS300 not for RX300, so that is maybe a problem....... or is the same engine?
I live in Europe, so the advice "return it back" doesn't help!

No you don't have to return it. I had the same problem, they just forgot to cut that peice of metal inside the tubing. cut it yourself with a pair of pliars its really easy. Then install as usuall, if you got the cold ram intake, look at pic in gallary for TN3 postings and you'll see where i put it and they intake on top

that hose is very important don't run car without it. it plugs into the same spot the old hose from the factory was, let me see if i can get u pic. But if you remember when you took the factory airbox out there was a similiar black hose of the same diameter which was also rubber. That's where that new one goes, replace the old black hose by disconnecting it from the housing and plug in the new yellow one.

Yea but I didn't notice any black hoses going from the previous big airfilter box, and anyway there is no spot to attache hose on the old black box????????
pics will be great.

on the old black air box, there should had been a small hole in the back i think (when you face your car from the front while looking at the air box) it should had been connected to some wire in the back that has a hole also, just connect the yellow tube with it, check on the rx300 gallery, i think either mine or mysphers intake is on there and you can see where the yellow hose connect to, good luck, if u need more help, feel free to ask

no,no?
Sorry Spit but that doesn't help. There is no attached hose on mine black filter plastic box, on the picture of intake (in the gallery) it doesn't show where it ends , so PLEASE if anybody poses digital camera, could you take couple of shots where it ends!

Yes I did
It seems that European RX300 with 201 HP is little bit different than US one with 220 HP , so I don't have any hose attached on my original Air-Box, so I will just shut the side outlet on dragon pipe,
i think that's a solution
